Well the biggest benefit of technology from the Affinity HRIS and payroll system perspective, is the fact that we have data integrity. We have accuracy, we also have single source of truth, which is really important to us as a business because earlier we had a payroll which was outsourced. We weren’t managing it. Now it’s been brought in house and we get a lot of support from Affinity, which helps us maintain our data really well.
